Perfect Pie Crust
2 c. All Purpose Flour
3/4 c. Crisco or any brand shortening
1 teaspoon of Salt
5 Tablespoons of Cold Water

Mix flour and salt in bowl. Cut Crisco using a pastry cutter or fork, until flour is clumped into pea sized pieces. Sprinkle water one TBS. at a time. Toss lightly stir with fork until dough forms a ball in the middle on the bowl. Divide dough into two balls, and form two 5-6inch patties. Flour rolling surface and rolling pin lightly. Roll dough into a circle, then put the upside down pie pan on it and trim 1 inch from that. * make sure all measurements are exact *all pudding pies need to have crust pre-baked and cooled before adding pudding.

Banana Cream
1-3oz. Instant Vanilla Pudding
2-3 Sliced Bananas
Whipping Cream

In a mixing bowl, prepare pudding according to package directions for pies. Add bananas. pour pudding mixture into baked and cooled pie crust. Let pie set-up in refrigerator for 1hr. Use whipping cream as desired on entire pie or on individual pieces.
