It's easy to let exercise slide when life gets busy. Take summertime, for example. Though we have all this daylight and it seems like we'd have more time to ourselves, our schedules seem even more overloaded as we try to juggle work, family, vacations and holidays. With all that's going on, who has time for exercise? And could someone pass the barbecue sauce?
Short answer? You do. People who exercise don't necessarily have more time than you, they just prioritize their time a little differently. If exercise is something you want to do to stay fit or manage your weight, you may need to reorganize your schedule to squeeze in some exercise time. Don't worry, I won't leave you hanging.
